John Rouen

John graduated from the University of Sydney, and following his admission as a solicitor, became a partner at Laurence & Laurence in 1969. John became a partner at Gray & Perkins when the two firms merged in 2001.

He has had experience in most areas of law, but in recent years has practised mainly in the commercial property area with particular emphasis on commercial leasing.

John represents a number of institutional clients, and for the past 15 years has acted for a large regional bank on all its commercial property matters.
