Alliance with German law firm BDPHG

Through our membership of Lexlink, we have established close ties with the law firm Brandi Dröge Piltz Heuer & Gronemeyer (BDPHG) in Germany.

BDPHG is an established medium-sized commercial law firm with five offices in Germany and one in Paris. Their international business is handled by their office in Gütersloh.

As of 1 October 2007, Gray & Perkins entered into a formal China Alliance with BDPHG. The main aim of the alliance is to service the increasing needs of German clients entering into and doing business in China and, in doing so, to make use of the skill and experience of Gray & Perkins in Beijing.

Together with BDPHG we put together teams of professionals appropriate to the needs of individual matters, including where necessary having German-speaking lawyers on the ground in China and abroad.

With such ties to Germany we can also offer a variety of extended services to Australian companies planning or already doing business in Germany and vice versa.

With a German-speaking partner, Peter Karcher, in our Sydney office, we are well placed to service the needs of German clients. Together with BDPHG’s lawyers, who also practice in English, French and Spanish, we are able to provide advice to international clients in Australia or Europe.
